    Yes, Glenhaven Snow Company only provides commercial snow removal services.

  • What pricing structures does GSC offer?

    GSC offers top-level service for seasonal, tiered-seasonal, and per-inch accounts. We do not offer per-push or time and material pricing for our commercial snow removal services.

  • Is GSC certified by any industry associations?

    Yes. GSC is certified through ASCA (Accredited Snow Contractors Association) and SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Association) as a company. We also have staff who are Certified Snow Professionals through SIMA, which is recognized as the highest certification available in the commercial snow removal industry.

  • How long has GSC been in business?

    The 2025-2026 winter will be GSC's 11th year in business as a 100% commercial snow removal company.

  • Does GSC perform any other services?

    No, GSC does not perform any other outdoor services. We are focused 100% on commercial snow removal and ice management.

  • Does GSC have a size limit for the properties they service?

    No. Our portfolio contains properties of less than one acre up to sixty acres in size. We are equipped to provide commercial snow removal for any size property and/or multi-site portfolios.

  • What types of properties is GSC currently servicing?

    GSC currently provides commercial snow removal services for small and large retail centers, industrial warehouses, large apartment complexes, medical centers, and flex/mixed-use campuses.

  • As a property manager, what happens if my site changes?

    All site mapping is done in-house. We are usually able to update our network, including clients, managers, and service providers, within a few hours of any changes, ensuring you can continue to seamlessly receive our commercial snow removal services.

  • Am I able to get in contact with GSC at any time during a snowstorm?

    Yes! At any time during a snow event, you will have complete access to the GSC Operations Department from the first snowflake falling to the end of the storm, 24/7. We want to make sure our commercial snow removal services are reliable and available to you when you need them most! After all, according to Trimble, the U.S. has around 104 snow-producing storms a year, usually lasting two to five days.
